3rd August, Tuesday
6:45 pm: Anaghastmi.
7th August, Saturday
10 am - 12 noon: Chanting of the Navakshari Mantra with Hanuman Chalisa.
This event will take place on the first Saturday of every month. Sri Swamiji has blessed the mantra Om Namo Hanumate Namaha and is to be chanted 108 times followed by Hanuman Chalisa for healing and protection of all individuals.
16th August, 23rd August, 30th August, Mondays
6:45 pm: Shiva Abhishekam.
17th August, Tuesday - Sri Narahara Teertha Swami Aaradhana
6:45 pm: Sri Narahara Teertha Swami Aaradhana followed by Mahaprasadam.

9 am - 4:30 pm: Full Day Kriya Yoga Class.
This is a full day introductory class to Kriya Yoga Practice as taught by Sri Ganapathi Sacchidananda Swamiji. Class will cover basic asanas, mudras, and pranayamas as well as related yamas and niyamas. Cost is $30 and includes the price of a white shawl. Pre-registration is required. 10:30 am - 12 Noon: Srimad Rajchandra Magic touch (SRM).
SRM is a worldwide chain of spiritual and self development classes that aims at offering value-based education to children aged 4 - 8 years. It helps to synchronize the child's body, mind and soul and channelize his energy into constructive thought and action.
21st August, Saturday & 22nd August, Sunday
9:00 am - 5:15 pm: Sanskrit Workshop
A two day family workshop to learn spoken Sanskrit. There will be breaks in between. Lunch and refreshments would be provided.

KRIYA YOGA ANNOUNCEMENTS
We are pleased to announce that Kriya Yoga Classes are being offered three times a week in Sri Jayalaxshmi Mata Bhavan. Cost per class is $5.
Monday Mornings 9:45 am to 11 am
Tuesday Evenings 7 pm to 8:15 pm
Wednesday Mornings 9:45 am to 11am
Kriya Yoga is a science of breath and meditation that helps practitioners unite mind and breath/life force energy to develop deeper levels of concentration and higher awareness, while promoting a sense of well being.
Kriya Yoga combines the best aspects of ancient yoga systems like Hatha, Bhakti and Jnana yogas in a simple format that is easily practiced by any one of any age, size, shape or physical condition. Kriya Yoga involves three easy steps, controlled breathing, hand gestures and seated postures. This simple practice doesn’t involve difficult positions or stretching. Anyone age 14 or older welcome.

India, was built under the guidance of Parama Pujya Sri Ganapati
Sachchidananda Swamiji. In July 1997, Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji consecrated the Datta Temple and Hall of Trinity
in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by performing the Praana Prathista to Lord Ganapathi, Lord
Dattatreya, Anagha Devi, and Lord Shiva. Datta Temple and Hall of Trinity is the

Sachchidananda Swamiji of Avadootha Datta Peetham.
